Dulles Montessori School is a Montessori preschool that is located in Herndon, Virginia. Our programs are designed for children from 16 months to 6 years of age and include a Toddler & Pre-Primary Program and a Primary & Kindergarten Program. We have more than twelve years of experience in the industry and run a Montessori child care center with kindergarten program using Montessori principles of teaching. At DMS, we help our students acquire the essential knowledge, thinking skills, and strength of character required to flourish as joyous children today, and as successful adults tomorrow.

Dulles Montessori focuses on the Montessori method and offers an individualized programs to each child and parents' needs. We also have a higher teacher to student ratio and provide 12 month plans, which are some of the key factors that make us stand out in the competition. Our unique program emphasizes a symbiotic relationship between the academically challenging material presented in the classroom, and the breadth of experiences children have in their lives outside of the classroom.

TODDLER & PRE-PRIMARY PROGRAM

The Toddler and Pre-Primary Program is designed for children between 16 months to 3 1/2 years of age. This program offers an exceptional opportunity for parents to introduce their children to the Montessori philosophy and method. Our primary goal is to provide a positive school experience in the pre-primary classroom.

PRIMARY & KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM

The Primary and Kindergarten Program is designed for children between 3 to 6 years of age. We thoughtfully prepare the classroom environment with materials and activities that meet the student's unique interests, academic level, and developmental needs. In this program, the activities are introduced to each child sequentially, laying the foundation for an independent and holistic learning experience at school and cementing their knowledge for future success.
